From November 19 to 21 (local time), AHHA Labs participated in the Plug and Play 2024 Silicon Valley Summit, showcasing its solutions on a global stage!
Plug and Play (PNP), headquartered in Silicon Valley, is the world’s largest accelerator, having nurtured over 1,600 startups, including 35 unicorns such as PayPal, Dropbox, and LendingClub.
PNP hosts this event twice a year at its Silicon Valley headquarters, bringing together more than 3,500 participants, including global investors, corporations, and startup leaders, to share cutting-edge technologies and future business models. This event also garners significant attention in the manufacturing and smart factory solutions sector.
At this year’s summit, AHHA Labs introduced its Data CAMP, an integrated big data management solution for manufacturing, and LISA, an industrial AI development and operations solution, as part of its data-centric manufacturing innovation solutions. Through these solutions, AHHA Labs demonstrated its ability to solve customer challenges and transform manufacturing sites into smarter operations.
AHHA Labs engaged in in-depth discussions with various participants during the event, including government agencies from California, a German automotive parts manufacturer, the largest paint manufacturer in the United States, several major Japanese electronics companies, manufacturing equipment producers, and general trading companies.
In particular, the following innovative features drew significant interest from partners:
1. Data-Centric Approach
Data collection is often the first roadblock to digital transformation leaving many manufacturers discouraged in the journey.
AHHA Labs can build the digital twin whether the data is trapped inside analogue legacy equipment or siloed within each brand of hardware at a smart factory.
With full visibility into key manufacturing facilities, AHHA Labs clients can remotely manage global operations with reduced labor costs.
2. Scalable Data Platform
Our data management platform is up and running at top-notch manufacturing facilities across the globe connecting thousands of nodes. Our RUST-based code ensures exceptional stability and speed, contributing to zero downtime in the last three years.
Because our data platform was built with scalability in mind using Micro-Service Architecture, our customers can replicate their success onto new production lines within a matter of two days as opposed to two months.
- Data Quality Index monitors inspection data over time and sends alerts as necessary
- Custom Dashboard tailored to each customer provides visibility and insights on-premise or via cloud
- Predictive Maintenance lowers costs of inventory and labor associated with customer requests and maintenance
3. Advanced Vision AI
AHHA Labs’ LISA AI Vision Platform is highly accurate and easy to use
- We boast 99% accuracy at world-class mass production lines with 0% Type 2 errors.
- User Friendly Platform lets any user easily train, create, and revise AI models and run Segmentation,Classification, and Object Detection without the help of an AI engineer.
Deep Learning model expands the horizon of vision inspections
- Anomaly Detection based on unsupervised learning can identify foreign objects as well as new defects that the client may not be aware of.
- Products with complex shapes that have a high degree of freedom (e.g. pouch battery) cannot be adequately inspected using rule-based AI, but AHHA Labs’ Deep Learning model makes it possible.
- AHHA Labs’ deep learning models can be implemented in less than two weeks. By contrast, standard AI models would take at least four months just to collect and label the defect data, and more than six months to implement at mass production facilities.
During the summit, AHHA Labs engaged in networking with global manufacturing companies, investors, and technology experts, exploring the latest trends and potential business collaborations. In particular, AHHA Labs’ solutions were recognized as ideal tools for companies aiming to establish smart manufacturing systems, opening opportunities for strong partnerships.
We sincerely thank all the attendees and partners who visited AHHA Labs at the event and shared valuable feedback.
AHHA Labs remains committed to exploring new opportunities in the global market and shaping the future of smart manufacturing alongside our customers. If you have any inquiries or are interested in potential collaborations, please feel free to reach out to us anytime!
