Data CAMP
Scalable thanks to Micro-Service Architecture
Flexibly add or remove equipment, facilities, data, and features without additional software development.
Freely expand/contract with microservice architecture configuration
Due to rapid changes in the manufacturing environment, processes, facilities, and equipment are often added. However, the existing SCADA system, which monitors and controls the field, has limitations because it is software developed only at a specific point in time and for a specific factory. In these cases, a lot of time and cost had to be spent on developing the software again. This problem can be easily solved by introducing Data CAMP.
After installing additional facilities, you can collect and integrate new data by modifying existing Data CAMP agent recipes or adding new agents. If the data load for a particular service increases, that service can be scaled independently.
This is because Data CAMP is a solution composed of multiple small independent services, forming a microservice architecture. These services can be deployed and managed independently, each performing its own function. Therefore, adding new data or features, or removing existing features, has minimal impact on the overall system.
Flexibly respond to short-term and long-term changes and maintain business competitiveness through Data CAMP’s powerful scalability.
Flexible deployment options
Data CAMP can be deployed on-premises or in a public/private cloud environment to suit the manufacturing situation. Cloud deployment offers quick initial adoption and low adoption costs because it does not require building server infrastructure. On-premises deployment offers lower costs compared to maintaining cloud services as your data grows in size and complexity.
Once specifications are discussed and infrastructure preparation is completed, it can be operational within two weeks. It is also possible to initially introduce it as a cloud solution and then switch to on-premises.
Use the web-based Data CAMP solution to check all data from the production site and respond quickly without time and location constraints.
